How to Apply for Fatima Memorial Hospital Jobs?

Applications must be submitted through online application form available at official website of Fatima Memorial Hospital – www.fatimamemorial.org.pk by following the given instructions on the form.
Foreign graduates are required to submit their applications through courier or by hand on prescribed application from directly to the Department of Human Resource at Fatima Memorial Hospital, Shadman, Lahore along with all prerequisites.
Processing fee of PKR. 1000 is admissible which can only be deposited to any branch of Allied Bank Limited.
The screenshot of online transaction or image of bank deposit slip is to be attached with the application.
Applications for more than one discipline can be submitted provided the eligibility. However, processing fee for each application separately will be admissible.

Valid PMC/PM&DC Registration Certificate

MBBS/BDS Degree
Detailed Marks Sheet of All Professional Examinations of MBBS/BDS

Letter of FCPS-I (FCPS Degree for 2nd Fellowship Program)
Others (if any) Distinction, Extra Curricular Activity, Relevant Experience, Research Publication etc.)
Incomplete or late submitted applications will not be entertained.
Applicants of Dentistry will have to appear in entrance test which will be conducted on 19-Dec-2023.
No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in tests/interviews.
