Terms and Conditions of KPPSC Jobs 2024

• Candidates are required to provide correct details in the online application which can be proved with documentary evidence as they will be invited for the test/interview based on their application/applications.
• Call letters for the exam will be placed on the KP PSC website.

• Age is calculated as of 01.01.2024.
• The maximum age limit as prescribed in the recruitment rules will be relaxed up to ten years for disabled/widows/divorcees and Government: employees who have completed two years of continuous service and up to 3 years for candidates belonging to backward areas listed in the attached appendix as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2008 and 05 years for Minorities.
• However, the candidate will be allowed age relaxation in one of the above categories provided candidates from backward areas are eligible for one of the relaxations available to the Govt in addition to the automatic relaxation of three years, servants, generals or disabled candidates, as relevant and applicable to them, Employees or former employees of government development projects.
• Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and employees or former employees of federal government development projects under the administrative control of the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will also be eligible for age relaxation equal to the time spent in the projects subject to a maximum limit of ten years provided that such age relaxation is not available in conjunction with any other provisions of the age relaxation rules.
• Applicants married to foreigners are considered only on submission of Govt: Relaxation Orders.
• Employees of Govt:/Semi-Government/Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous bodies can apply directly but clearance certificates from their department will be required before interview/competition examination.
• Zonal and merit quotas will be strictly followed for allotment of seats.
• The Government reserves the right to increase/decrease or fill or not fill any post.
• Only the qualification etc. which you have on the closing date of advertisement will be considered.
• Applicants shall attach proof of domicile issued to them by the competent authority before the last date set for receipt of applications.
• Additionally, no changes in records will be accepted with respect to proof of domicile,after presenting the permanent residence, it is final, a candidate is only eligible for one residence otherwise he/she becomes ineligible.
• A female candidate, if she marries before joining the civil service, will obtain her husband’s domicile, Otherwise, he will have his own residence, However, if a married candidate wishes to retain her own residence, she must inform the Commission in writing before the examination/examination.
• Candidates applying against PWD Quota will have to submit/prove disability certificate issued by Rehabilitation Commission / District PWD Evaluation Committee stating their disability based on the report of Standing Medical Board.
